The Experience

Nicole has a special way of melting all of your nerves away.  She got down and dirty in the water and salt to show me how to pose!  Twirling around in the water in beautiful Lingerie can be very freeing for your soul!  We had to get in some crazy poses to get the right shots, but we laughed through it all.

The Sand, Salt and water is my happy place and I’m sure she captured that in the photos!

Just trekking through the water to find the perfect spot was fun itself.  The water at the flats looked like diamonds sparkling in the sun!

My Journey to Self-Love and Accepting Maturity

One aspect that was different for me with this shoot was….. I am getting older and my body has gone through some changes since my last shoot.

This is my “Why” for doing this shoot, I’m trying to embrace maturity with grace and acceptance. I turned 58 just a few weeks after this experience and this is my gift to myself for making it this far in life as a woman.

Losing two of my closest girlfriends the last few years and hitting life full steam as a single woman has been a challenge.  I am happy to still be alive and kicking! I do feel that I have some of my best years to come.

I hope I can inspire other woman my age to embrace and accept yourself and your bodies changes.  Intimate portraits are the perfect way to celebrate you, how far you’ve come and to be proud of yourself for being Unique, Strong and a Kickass woman!!!!

 

If you are considering Intimate Portraits, just remember ……….The only way to make magic happen is to step outside your comfort zone.  Its crazy and scary to make yourself Vulnerable, but YOU ARE SO WORTH IT💕
