Learning to get Comfortable with the Uncomfortable

First of all, I would like to say how honored and grateful I am to represent Lilac & Fern as one of this years Ambassadors!
I hope to encourage y’all to step outside of your comfort zone and experience something new just for yourself or your significant other.

Prepping for the Shoot

I encourage you to start preparing a few weeks in advance by laying out everything that sparks your creative side.  Try it all on and mix and match different pieces. Nicole will schedule a virtual wardrobe fitting to collaborate ideas.  Along the way you will add new pieces.

The Location

As someone who has done studio and outdoor shoots with Lilac & Fern, they are both unique.  Decide what your “WHY” is.  This will help you decide which shoot is best for you and what you’re trying to accomplish.

The Bonneville Salt Flats were beyond my expectations!  The Beauty, the Silence, the Sparkle was breathtaking!

My surroundings made me feel very peaceful and calming.

 

My best friend came along for support and to cheer me on.  One of my favorite parts of the day was our conversations.   We all agreed that if we as woman could do a better job at sympathizing and supporting each other then we could Rule the World!
