Do something today (and every day) to celebrate yourself. It’s easier than it seems; make a list of things you love a bout yourself, physical and otherwise, and tape them up where you’ll see them every day. And take that idea and tell someone you know at least three things you adore about them. Because words, good and bad, have weight and we need to ensure that we hear and speak more kindness every day.
