“I mentioned a little while ago that I was going through some body image issues, which is pretty out of character for me as you all know.
But what it really stemmed from was I stopped doing the things that made me feel beautiful, spending time naked, lounging in lingerie, doing my hair and makeup, etc. all these things seem so small but they do absolutely effect the way we see ourselves. For the past few days I’ve been working on it and getting back to doing those things and I feel so much better.
And then I saw this photo from my last shoot with Lilac & Fern and was reminded of so many things I love about my body. It kind of snapped me back to reality and out of the funk I’d let myself get into. And I’m here for it!
