“WOW! Just wow. This session was beyond my wildest dreams.
We’ll start with the floral arrangements done by Compass Rose Florals at Sugarhill Studio. I knew from the teaser photos this was going to be everything my heart desires, but seeing it in person was breathtaking! I loved every inch of it, but what caught my eye the most was the hanging lush green vines. Pretty doesn’t even cut it in terms of describing it. It felt like the best parts of shooting outdoors and indoors met in the middle with perfect cohesiveness. One of the first things that drew me to Nicole’s work was her photos with living floral tattoos. I mean how cool does that sound? I’d never heard of it before and I knew then I had to work with her, she’s obviously not scared to think outside the box and be hella creative. My kind of person!
Another great thing about knowing Nicole for a couple of years now is that I’ve discovered some of the best lingerie designers. THE BEST. She has helped shape my style and has lit a fire in me that has grown quite passionate about the topic. I know I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again and again. Quality over quantity.
Enter I.D. Sarrieri Wonderland Delights Tuscan Summer; the most perfect high waisted panty and bra set with perfectly symmetrical embroidery flowers The epitome of romance and luxury! I’ve been eyeing this set for so long, and I finally decided to treat myself and purchase it. After all, how perfect would it be with all of the florals at the studio? The shipping was insanely fast and affordable, it shipped from the UK and arrived at my doorstep in approximately 72 hours. The packaging was adorable, a box with a big black silk bow that opened up to tissue paper embossed with their label and another tiny silk bow before the grand reveal. I could’ve cried it was so pretty and perfect. Everything I’ve been dreaming of for the last year. The first thing I noticed, was the zipper on the high waisted panty and a nonslip strip on the waistband. Immediately loved both of those features, and just how pretty the sewing details were in person. The panty fits like a glove and was absolutely stunning, and the top was a close enough fit. If ever ordering from this brand I would recommend sizing up. For reference, I wear a medium in Else for high waisted and extra-large in ID. I knew Nicole was going to be equally as excited to shoot photos of this set, she was lucky enough to try a similar set IN PARIS! What a dream.
Lastly, my best friend Jessica was going to be joining this ambassador photoshoot, she got to experience a day in the life of an ambassador. Shooting amongst other strong and confident women is really a special opportunity and I’m so happy she got to experience that. Boudoir has become such a huge part of my life over the last year, it’s only fitting I share it with my bestie. After a rough last year, to say the least, I couldn’t think of anyone else more deserving of some time in the spotlight! I can only hope her photos serve her like mine have and provide a daily reminder to take up space and don’t diminish her own light. I’m so happy to have a person in my life that’s down to indulge in the finer things with me. After all, she is a Taurus ?.”

*I feel compelled to add to this. If only you all knew how many times Alexa and I messaged each other every time this Wonderland Delights came across either of our Instagrams. We were (and are!) obsessed!
